• Tax mediation sessions are held on Wednesdays between 9:00am and 3:00pm in the Superior Court’s Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division, which is located in Building C, 410 E Street, NW.


• Petitioners should review the Tax Multi-Door Mediation Calendar to see a calendar of available dates and times, and coordinate with Respondent to select a mutually agreeable date.


• Within 150 days of service of the initial petition, the parties shall file a praecipe scheduling mediation. In the event parties cannot agree on a mediation date, a date will be selected by the Tax Division.
