Domestic Violence Division

The Domestic Violence Division, located in Room 4510 of the Moultrie Courthouse, handles: Civil Protection Orders, Anti-Stalking Orders, Extreme Risk Protection Orders, and all misdemeanor criminal cases involving an 'intra-family offense.'

The Domestic Violence Division Intake Centers provide "one-stop shop" services to litigants who need help with filing for a protection order and accessing support services. Click here for more information.

The DC Superior Court Supervised Visitation Center provides supervised visitation and exchange services primarily to court-referred domestic violence cases.

If your DC Courts Domestic Violence Victim Advocate is not available or if you wish to receive additional information or support, you can contact one or more of the following organizations.
