Juvenile and Neglect Branch

The Juvenile and Neglect Branch processes cases involving juvenile delinquency, child abuse and neglect, persons in need of supervision (PINS), and other status offender related cases such as truancy and runaway cases. In addition, the branch processes family special proceedings guardianship and applications pursuant to the Interstate Compact Act relating to juveniles. Legal case records and social files are stored in the branch.
