Special Operations division

The Special Operations Division oversees the Jurors’ Office, Child Care Center, the Superior Court Library, and Court Interpreting Services.

The Jurors' Office is responsible for the management of juror services for the Superior Court, including qualifying and processing over 300 persons daily for both petit and grand juries, responding to judges' requests for jury panels, and escorting jurors to courtrooms.

The Child Care Center is open free of charge to all members of the public who have business with the Court. The Center offers a colorful environment where children, aged 2 to 12 years old, may participate in creative and stimulating activities. All staff are certified in CPR and First-Aid.

The Office of Court Interpreting Services (OCIS) provides professional interpreting services free of charge to assist persons having business with the Court who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or have limited English proficiency.
